Ann was the day-of coordinator for my wedding in April 2022. My husband and I feel so lucky to have worked with her and had the opportunity to get to know her. Ann is highly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and committed to making your big day a success! She went above and beyond to make sure we were organized, had all of our questions answered, and had our other vendors on the same page for the wedding day. She was incredibly responsive every time we reached out. Plus, Ann was extremely friendly and kind and kept things light-hearted and clear, even when we were in a challenging situation. On the day of the wedding, she made our lives so easy by taking on a ton of the last minute tasks, leading all of the coordination with other vendors, and ensuring we were sticking to the schedule. We ran into issues with the wedding arch and Ann handled it all to make sure the decorations were still beautiful and in the spirit of what we had envisioned for our big day. I can’t say enough good things about Ann! If you are looking for a day-of coordinator in the Williamsburg area, you cannot go wrong with Celebrations by Design!

Ann is without a doubt the most essential person to have in your corner for your wedding day. Hiring Ann as our day-of coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. It was a special blessing to be able to spend precious time with our families before our ceremony and know that Ann was setting up and making sure every detail was in place. She helped us with some last-minute fixes and even added thoughtful extra touches that coordinated with our theme and color scheme! If you are planning a wedding and debating whether or not you need a wedding planner. Don’t even think twice about it. You NEED one. I am a control freak and a very type A personality and I did not think I needed a planner. This was one of the best decisions that we made during our entire planning process.
